Book adult seats, then child seats, and we'll seat your party together — train seating is assigned, and we buy our block in one order so your group sits together.

• SIBC members ride for $119 flat per guest with the private member code distributed by member email and meeting flyer. It is never published online, replaces the tier price for that booking, and cannot be combined with anything else.
• Ride and earn $20 toward your next trip: every paid traveler who rides with us on November 27 receives a $20 Future Experience Credit toward a future Legacy Wise Experience — issued after the trip, good for 12 months.
• The only optional extra is Tour Protection — $7.50 per traveler, described below, added right at checkout.

The day, hour by hour

• 10:15 AM — Check-in, Eltingville Transit Center Park & Ride (rear lot), Staten Island
• 10:30 AM — Depart Staten Island (Staten Island pickup only on this trip)
• 11:40 AM – 1:10 PM — Clinton, NJ: Winter Village market and Festival of Trees at the Red Mill, Dickens Days on Main Street — admission included; lunch on your own in town
• 1:30 PM — Arrive Flemington Station; check in for the train
• 2:00 – about 4:00 PM — The Santa Express: Santa & Mrs. Claus on board, Ringoes Station stop with a homemade chocolate-chip cookie and hot cocoa for every guest, a handcrafted sleigh bell and gold souvenir ticket for every child, and a family photo with Santa included
• 4:30 – 5:10 PM — Somerville, NJ: a stroll down decorated Main Street — the town tree, shop windows, coffee and cocoa
• About 5:55 PM — Magic of Lights at PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel: the 2.5-mile drive-through lights show, from inside our own coach
• About 7:25 PM — Back at Eltingville, Staten Island

What's included — and what isn't

Included: round-trip motorcoach transportation from Staten Island, a hosted and escorted day, Red Mill / Winter Village admission, your Santa Express train tickets (Coach), the Somerville stop, and the Magic of Lights drive-through.

Not included: food and drinks (lunch choices all over Clinton's Main Street, all on your own, at your own pace) and any shopping. The only optional extra is Tour Protection, $7.50 per traveler.

Good to know: there are no restrooms at Flemington Station itself — restroom stops are built into the day at Clinton and Somerville, and our coach has an onboard restroom. Dress warm: Clinton and Somerville are outdoor strolls.

How booking works

1. Book and pay online — adult seats here, child seats here — or call us at (929) 515-5159.
2. Your seat is reserved when payment is received. Stripe emails your payment receipt, and your booking confirmation carries the itinerary and check-in details.
3. If this trip doesn't run: our decision date is Tuesday, November 17, 2026. If the trip doesn't run, we'll tell you that day — and the choice is yours: (1) a full refund of everything you paid, fare and Tour Protection fee, back to your original payment method; or (2) move your full payment to any other Legacy Wise Experience. If we don't hear from you within 7 days of our notice, we refund you in full automatically. You're never left holding a credit you didn't choose.

Tour Protection — $7.50 per traveler (optional)

Plans change. Add Tour Protection at checkout and you can cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before departure — by 10:30 AM on Wednesday, November 25, 2026 — and receive a full refund of the fare you paid to Legacy Wise: your choice of cash back, or a Legacy Wise Future Experience Credit with a 10% bonus. Tour Protection can only be added at the time of booking, is charged per traveler, and the $7.50 fee is non-refundable — except if Legacy Wise cancels this trip, in which case the fee is refunded too. Without Tour Protection, the standard cancellation terms below apply. Tour Protection is a cancellation waiver offered by Legacy Wise Experiences. It is not an insurance policy, and it covers only amounts paid to Legacy Wise for this trip.

Standard cancellation terms (without Tour Protection): 30+ days before departure, full refund less $25 per person; 8–29 days, 50% refund; inside 7 days, no cash refund and 50% of the fare converts to Future Experience Credit. Seats are transferable to another guest at no charge at any time before departure.

Pickup point

• Eltingville Transit Center Park & Ride — rear lot, 90 Wainwright Ave, Staten Island, NY 10312. Check-in opens 10:15 AM; the coach departs 10:30 AM. This trip has a Staten Island pickup only.

Guest parking is in the same Park & Ride complex. Full check-in instructions come with your trip message before departure.

Questions, answered

Is the train really included? Yes — the Santa Express is the centerpiece of the day and your Coach train ticket is in the price, along with Red Mill admission and the lights drive-through. Nothing about this trip is an add-on except optional Tour Protection.

What if the trip doesn't fill? We decide by Tuesday, November 17, 2026. If it doesn't run, you choose: a full refund of everything you paid — or move your full payment to any other Legacy Wise Experience. Don't choose within 7 days and the full refund goes back automatically.

What if I can't go? Any seat can be transferred to another guest at no charge before departure. With Tour Protection, you can cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before departure for a full fare refund. Without it, the standard cancellation terms above apply.

What about weather? The trip runs in typical late-November weather — dress in warm layers. If severe weather ever forces a cancellation by Legacy Wise, payments are refunded in full.
