This is the reusable Legacy Wise framework. For booked engagements, event-specific names, dates, locations, selections, deadlines and communications are configured before the guest link is distributed.
For hosts and invited guests
Legacy Wise can configure event-specific guest information, attendance selections, dietary and accessibility requests, transportation preferences, deadlines and organizer follow-up for an agreed engagement. The organizer confirms the event details and the information that should be collected before a guest link is released.
Hosts: use the event proposal request to provide the event type, date, location, anticipated attendance and registration needs. Portal configuration, communications and any paid admission are scoped separately.
Guests: use the personalized link supplied by your organizer. This page does not register you for an unnamed event, reserve transportation or collect event payments. Contact your host if you have not received the correct guest link.
