Turn your screen into a practical marketing and communication tool. From a trade show table to an everyday business display, put your message where people can see it.

Clear information. Current content. An easy next step.

Legacy Wise coordinates digital signage content and display solutions for standard business uses, trade shows, expos, conventions, conferences, exhibitor booths and vendor tables. Choose a focused content project or ask us to coordinate the screen, player, provider and rollout requirements.

Whether you need one display introducing your services or several screens supporting an event, each proposal defines the deliverables, responsibilities and costs before work begins.

Our review: where Yodeck fits

Yodeck is a cloud-based digital signage platform for organizing content, building playlists, scheduling messages and remotely managing compatible screens. It supports images, videos, documents and presentations, making it useful for businesses that already have promotional materials and want to put them to work on a display.

Our assessment: Yodeck is a practical option for repeatable, regularly updated screen content. Its strongest value is controlling what appears across different times and locations. Results still depend on good content, readable design, suitable equipment and a clear purpose for each screen. This is a review of documented capabilities; it is not a claim of a completed Legacy Wise hardware deployment.

Yodeck capabilities and practical considerations
CapabilityWhat it supportsWhat to plan for
PresentationsPowerPoint as static slides or converted video retaining animations and transitions.Adapt dense slides for viewing from a distance; test exports.
Remote managementContent updates, playlists and screen scheduling.A connected player is needed to receive changes.
Offline mediaPreviously downloaded media can continue playing during a network outage.Live websites and streams still need internet; new updates wait for reconnection.
Interactive kiosksTouch-compatible setups can open additional information after interaction.Compatible hardware and separately tested content, forms or booking paths.
Website feedsAn Embeddable Feeds add-on can show supported content on a website.Separate add-on terms and viewing limits; kiosk, web-page and scheduling exclusions apply.

Yodeck currently offers a free single-screen Basic option. Its published annual-billing rates are $8 for Basic, $12 for Premium and $16 for Enterprise per screen per month, with eligible players included in annual plans. These are Yodeck software rates, not a Legacy Wise service-package quote. Displays, content preparation, setup and management are separate considerations. Confirm current terms before subscribing.

Common questions

Can I use an existing TV or presentation?

Possibly. We review the display, connections, player compatibility and placement. Existing PowerPoint content can be adapted for signage. A TV alone does not establish remote management or interactive functions.

Can this work at just my trade show table?

Yes, a single display can introduce your business, show examples, rotate service highlights and invite inquiries. A larger booth or venue-wide installation is not required. Venue rules, power and equipment arrangements should be checked before arrival.

Can the display capture leads or accept payments?

A QR code or compatible kiosk can direct visitors to a separately configured form, booking page or checkout. Signage software alone does not establish payment processing, CRM routing or automated follow-up. Any requested integrations are scoped and tested separately.

Can the same content appear on our website?

A browser presentation can provide a website demo, as shown above. A synchronized Yodeck website feed uses its separate Embeddable Feeds add-on. It excludes schedules, web pages and interactive kiosk content; the default session prompts viewers to refresh after 30 minutes.

Can we include sponsor advertisements?

Yes, approved sponsor material can be prepared for the agreed rotation and placement. Sponsor inventory, permissions and commercial terms are confirmed separately. Audience size, leads and sales are not guaranteed.

What information do you need for a proposal?

Your business or event type, location, dates or launch timeframe, number of screens, existing equipment and the content or support you need. You can request content only, setup coordination, ongoing management or a combined project.

From inquiry to a working display

  1. Share your use case. Complete the signage proposal request.
  2. Review the scope. Confirm content, equipment, responsibilities, revisions and fees.
  3. Approve and prepare. Finalize the materials and arrange the agreed setup.
  4. Test before use. Check readability, playback, links and the actual display. Confirm ongoing updates when included.
