Separate booked vendors from open decisions

Ask who handles the timeline

Guest logistics deserve their own discussion. Consider RSVP tracking, travel information, hotel coordination, accessibility needs and transportation between locations. Destination weddings add guest travel and arrival questions. Honeymoon planning can also be included as a separate service or coordinated alongside the celebration.
Understand the proposal before committing
Review the services included, exclusions, payment schedule, cancellation terms and how changes or additional hours are priced. Vendor availability and third-party charges should be confirmed rather than assumed. A clear proposal helps you compare support on the basis of responsibilities and service.
