When equipment makes more sense placed than purchased outright — copiers and office machines are the common case — we coordinate placement through equipment dealers: the right machine for your volume, terms in writing before you sign, and service stays with the dealer who placed it. You deal with one coordinator; the dealer handles installation and service.
