STATEN ISLAND, NY — Legacy Wise Advisors, through its Legacy Wise Experiences division, has launched a Night Out planning service: request the event or experience you want, or let Legacy Wise create a unique one for you — and we build the whole evening, or the whole weekend.
Legacy Wise designs the itinerary and confirms every piece — restaurant reservations; Broadway, theatre, concert, comedy, sporting-event and movie tickets; opening nights and premieres; tours, museums, festivals and casino evenings; VIP experiences where venues offer them; transportation by car service, limousine, sprinter or motorcoach; hotels for overnight and weekend stays; and the vendors the event needs. For guest events, we also create the promotional material and invitations, manage RSVPs and registrations, and run check-in — and as your designated planner and host, we can oversee the live event, welcome your guests and coordinate vendors on site, so you enjoy the evening instead of working it. All costs are approved by the client before anything is booked.
Built two ways: intimate evenings for couples and parties of fewer than nine, paced for the occasion; and coordinated group nights for nine or more, with block seating, group tables and one point of contact. Occasions include date nights, anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, reunions, client entertaining, and hosting out-of-town guests.
